The process of all round preparation of the students for tomorrow’s challenging & technologically advanced work environments starts quite early right from the first year by providing them valuable exposure by organizing workshops, seminars, road shows, industrial visits, guest lectures by teams of professionals in accordance to their training needs  and skill enhancement requirements. Periodic assessment of traits and skills acquired is followed with vast scope of industry Academia exchange of both, thought and content.

This Industry Institute Collaboration activity at the industry is always in the forefront providing students with much needed soft skills, relevant industry trends and expert technical inputs in constant collaboration with participating partner organizations, who place their trust year after year. The Cell provides a launch platform to the final year students by providing end to end services like grooming, counseling, preparing and managing their expectations to impart confidence in them to face the harsh realities of their workplace by helping to secure entry level job opportunities before they pass out.

The legacy of our students from our diverse group institutions have already made their mark in leading corporates around the country and abroad. JIS students have kept the prime objective of the founders in contributing significantly in our state and the nation’s development as a whole.
